Introduction

MISSION:

The Holistic Warrior Program represents a system that is divided into three main components: a philosophy, a set of teachings, and practical exercises.   This system addresses the concept of our oneness, and inner-relatedness with all things.  It changes our daily focus from struggling against life, to flowing with life, as we strive to conquer the outer self (the conscious mind) and achieve harmony with the inner self and higher self.

The Holistic Warrior Program addresses all three-program components by stimulating participants to evaluate their own beliefs about the way life “should be”; their attitudes about themselves and others, as well as their experiences and their behaviors that dictate what they get out of life.

VISION:

Living a balanced life, constantly growing, learning, and evolving into the next level of human development.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Holistic Warrior Program is to provide techniques to enable the development of each participant’s pathway to a peaceful and harmonic relationship with him or her self, others, and “All that Is”.

METHOD:

This program utilizes an experiential approach where participants are encouraged to integrate the information and materials they receive with their own experiences as well as those of the program leader.  This process creates a synergistic action that automatically raises the energy level, understanding, and stability of the participants.

TARGET GROUP:

Anyone who has or would like to assume responsibility for his or her life and how it works.  Assuming responsibility focuses on the elimination of both judgment and blame, knowing there are no mistakes in life, only results.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

The Holistic Warrior Program is formatted into seminar sets and modules.  These sets and modules can be interchanged to design programs that are individual and group specific. The seminars are offered in both at-large and in-house formats.

THE PATH OF THE HOLISTIC WARRIOR

THE HOLISTIC WARRIOR

“The Path of the Holistic Warrior” is an eclectic and innovative program.  It is designed to create a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle that maximizes human potential to achieve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual growth and maturity.

“The Pathway of the Holistic Warrior” can be described in terms of a Philosophy, Teachings, and A Way of Life.  It is based on the following set of assumptions:

  • We create our own reality.
  • The reality we create is based on our ingrained Belief Systems
  • Belief Systems are multi-dimensional, dictating our ideas about the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components of our lives
  • Belief Systems are formed from our interaction with authority figures (parents, teachers, etc.) and other elements of our environment
  • Belief Systems constantly cause us to subconsciously select actions and reactions to our environment
  • Belief Systems are programmed or controlled by thoughts, originating from both conscious and subconscious levels
  • Belief Systems and thus, reality can be changed by controlling thoughts on both conscious and subconscious levels
  • Be Still, Listen, and Peace Will Come!

Philosophy

The philosophy of the Holistic Warrior can be found in the definitions of Holism and Warrior.   Holism can be defined in terms of the following:

The whole is more than the sum of its parts; the parts must be considered as well.  The parts are interrelated, such that to change the nature of any part automatically changes the other parts.  The main concept of Holism is that “We Are One with everything.”  The problem is that we have lost conscious awareness of that knowledge.

A Warrior can be defined as:

Any individual who is engaged in a struggle or conflict for or against something; in this case, the outer self.  In other words, the Holistic Warrior struggles against the outer self to reach the inner and higher selves.  As it is written, “The Kingdom of Heaven is Within.”

In other words, the Holistic Warrior seeks to conquer the outer self, create a balance between the inner and outer selves, and thus become one with the higher self:  ONENESS WITH “ALL THAT IS!”

“BE STILL, LISTEN, AND PEACE WILL COME!”

Teachings

The Holistic Warrior takes on a Student/Teacher role, in which each interaction can be seen as lessons that can be learn.  She seeks out those who have similar pathways to obtain or reinforce these lessons.  The Holistic Warrior knows that all interactions can be seen as being both positive and negative.  Whether or not a given interaction is positive or negative depends on how he chooses to take the interaction.  Therefore, the Holistic Warrior takes each interaction as feedback to getting what she wants or in terms of the lesson to be learned.  The bad is taken as evidence that his thoughts and behaviors need to be changed; therefore, he focuses his attention and concentration on the good, thereby completing the lesson or goal.

A Way of Life

A Way of Life is obtained through practice, everyday practice.  Practice is what everyone must do in order to reach higher levels of understanding.  It is a pathway that allows us to make the most out of every experience we have.

The Holistic Warrior understands that the lives we live past, present, and future are designed to lead us back to God consciously.  This pathway is followed in terms of our everyday experiences.  That is, life is for experiencing; experiences are to obtain understanding; and understandings leads to wisdom.  Through wisdom, we complete the lessons we came to learn in this life.

The Holistic Warrior does not judge, blame, or condemn.  The Holistic Warrior realizes that everyone does what he or she does in what they consider to be their own best interest.  Therefore, the Holistic Warrior doesn’t take the actions of others personally!  By forgiving self and others in their daily interactions, Holistic Warriors rise above the trials of life.

SEMINARS, GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP SESSIONS

Holistic Warrior workshops are held in individual, group, and seminar formats, where each participant is able to maximize their learning potential in an environment that best facilitates their educational experiences.  These workshops are designed to provide a wide range of practical and experiential exercises, to help you understand your lessons from life’s experiences.

The Tree

The Tree is a representation of the way we chose to evaluate the events we experience in life.  Each event is evaluated in terms of being a positive, negative, or neutral experience.  Many times, we find ourselves experiencing events that are represented by the negative part of the tree.  We get so deeply involved in that negative experience we forget we are the tree.  We are out on a limb and think we are only a leaf.

At this point, we usually let go, which allows us to go to the trunk of the tree where we can access the positive part of the tree.  As we do, life becomes enjoyable again.  However, when things are going good for too long a period, we begin to wonder, “things are going to good, this just can’t keep up, something’s got to go wrong now”!  And of course, it usually does.  Thus, life becomes a roller coaster, where we go back and forth between the positive and the negative part of the tree.

By attending The Tree seminar, participants learn a new pathway, by adopting the neutral part of the tree viewpoint.  The neutral part of the tree represents a way of life where there’s no judgment, no blame, no guilt, no shame; no mistakes, just results; where all things, events, and experiences are seen as a pathway to achieve harmony, happiness, and wealth.

Heal the Wollies of Your Life

Wolly is defined as a habit or pattern we created to solve problems and get us out of trouble that has gone astray or out of control.  It can be explained in terms of a lawn mower.  While cutting the lawn, we go inside the house but we forget to cut off the lawn mower.  So, it keeps on cutting; birds, bees, trees, and everything in its path, totally out of control.

Wollies are created from our thoughts.  Thoughts that are out of control usually ends up in some form of disease or malfunction within our body.  Thus, by controlling Wollies, we also limit or eliminate our predisposition to certain disease states.

By attending the Wollies seminar, participants learn to utilize a four-stage process:

  1. Identifying– the Wolly is identified from a chart (from Louise Hay’s Heal your Life) that links disease and malfunction states to an individual’s thought patterns;
  2. Clearing– the root of the Wolly is discovered and identified through a process of clearing;
  3. Forgiving– since this habit or pattern was created to help you, the Wolly was just trying to do its job.  By forgiving all the players involved in the original situation or event, including ourselves, we can move on;
  4. Reframing– the habit or pattern can be made useful through a process of Reframing.  Reframing allows the individual to use the Wollyin its present form or modify it to deal with new situations.

Choices

Many times we find ourselves in situations where we feel we have little or no alternatives to deal with a particular problem.  Once the problem is over, we then find that there are now all kinds of alternatives.  What happened to change the number of alternatives we perceived?

Choices are represented by the physiological, psychological, and goal-oriented states we associate with our feeling.  We are brought up in a thinking society, where we are trained to solve problems using some type of thinking process.  As we rely solely on this process, we find ourselves in a particular mindset that is activated by doubt, anxiety, fear, and frustration.  Once activated, we are locked into this mindset until the problem is resolved or the crisis is over.  Then the mind is freed, and of course we can perceive more alternatives.

By attending the Choices seminar, participants learn to utilize a four-stage process that allows an individual to dictate his or her own mindset anytime or anywhere:

  1. Identification– identify the goal or the mental state you want to be in;
  2. Physiological– change your physiological state;
  3. Psychological– change you mental focus; and
  4. Feelings– use your feelings as a barometer to determine what needs to be done or what action needs to take to deal with the problem or situation.

Relationships

The Relationship workshop is a natural extension of how we deal with Choices.  The choices we make in relationships are influenced by the unresolved issues we have with our parents or guardians.  The nature of the ensuing relation-ship is usually based on a concept of possession.  In other words, the choices we make in a given relationship are influenced by unresolved issues and we try to keep them by possessing the person.

By attending the Relationship seminar, participants learn to utilize a four-stage process:

  1. Identifying – identify and deal with the limiting factors dictated by unresolved issues with parents.  This frees the participant to make a conscious decision about a relationship, rather than be controlled by some unconscious process;
  2. Sharing – the art of negotiation based on needs:  The participant’s needs, his or her partner’s needs, and the needs they have together;
  3. Feelings – learning what the participant and his or her partner must experience in order to feel loved;
  4. Conditioning – the art of maintenance, keeping the relationship fresh, lively, and new.

THE DREAM CLINIC

Where do you go when you dream?  Who’s in control?  Do you remember your dreams?  Do you have nightmares or dreams that trouble you?  Do you dream of falling or flying?  Do you have recurring dreams or dream things that come true?

Dreams represent our own private theater or workshop.  Here we are the actor/actress, director, producer, critic, and everything in the dream.  Through dreaming, we act out our problems, diagnose our illness, and predict our future directions along life’s pathway.

We spend one-third of our lives dreaming, so, it must be a very important state of consciousness.  Dreams are designed to teach us that every obstacle is really an opportunity to learn.  Dreams are pure thought and operate on a different set of rules where we learn to create everything we need to get what we want in life.

As we understand the purpose of dreaming, we can transfer this knowledge to our normal state of consciousness and create what we want in life, including happiness, wealth and harmonious relationships.

By attending the Dream Clinic, you will learn to:

  1. Recognize the difference between dreams;
  2. Record and remember dreams;
  3. Decode and interpret dreams;
  4. Use dreams to solve problems
